104 Knox St  Rumford, Maine
Formerly known as the Swain house, here is the grand Victorian home built by Roscoe Swain in the early 1900's.
Notice how level to the road it is and how shallow the distance to Plymouth Ave as opposed to today.

In this photo the house is owned by Judith Beliveau who turned the Swain house into three
individual apartments.  Miss Beliveau added the second floor porch seen here.

Tom purchased Knox St from Dad once he became owner of Dorion Printing now known as The Maine Press.
The business occupies the entire first floor while the remaining two floors are home to Tom and his growing family.
